All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Order Process

2. You receive an order confirmation email (this does not mean acceptance)
3. We send a dispatch confirmation when your order ships (this constitutes acceptance)
4. A contract is formed between you and Monza when we dispatch your order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@monza.com. Once an order has been dispatched, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen delivery method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 within the EU.

Delivery and Risk

Products are delivered to the address you provide. Please ensure this address is correct and complete. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

Important: For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery (such as opened fragrances).

Product Warranty

We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper storage.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Processing time: 1-2 business days before dispatch
